Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and needs
  • Providing accurate and timely information about their current plans and products
  • Identifying and positioning new solutions that align with their needs and goals
  • Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Work at Home Requirements:

To ensure your success as a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • High-speed internet with at least 10 Mbps download speed (no satellite)
  • A quiet, secured workspace that minimizes distractions and ensures confidentiality
  • A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone to ensure clear and professional communication
  • A reliable computer with the necessary software and hardware to perform your job duties

Additional Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
  • A customer-focused personality and a genuine desire to help people
  • High computer proficiency and overall technical knowledge
  • A professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • The ability to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
