Position: Executive Assistant & Admin Operations Expert Type:Contract Compensation:$45–$60/hour Location:Remote Role Responsibilities

  • Build long-horizon admin tasks with deterministic rubrics to evaluate agent performance.
  • Create scenarios for executive support including calendar triage, multi-timezone scheduling, and travel booking.
  • Develop expense and procurement tasks such as expense reports and purchase requests with rule-based limits.
  • Design office operations scenarios like service ticket routing and document filing against a taxonomy.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to maintain focus during challenging tasks.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 3+ years as an EA, office manager, or senior admin supporting busy principals.
  • Expertise in principal-level calendar triage, multi-timezone scheduling, and expense systems like Concur, Expensify, Ramp.
  • Familiarity with corporate travel platforms such as Navan and TravelPerk.
  • Proficient in async communication operations.
  • Comfortable with admin artifacts: itineraries, agendas, expense packages, service tickets.
  • Clear written communication with the ability to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
