Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Scheduling Chat Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll engage with customers, technicians, and internal reps through chat and email in a professional and courteous manner. Your primary responsibilities will include providing prompt responses to all inquiries, offering appropriate solutions via chat/email, documenting all interactions, and staying up-to-date on all scheduling policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document all interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on all scheduling policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.

Required Skills, Experience & Education

* Ability to multi-task and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, with a growth-mindset and drive to improve.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is highly desirable.

Available Shifts

* Monday – Saturday, closed Sunday, Mondays required.

  • Rotating weekends.
  • 10:00 am-6:30pm MT.
  • 10:30am-7:00pm MT.
  • 11am-7:30pm MT.
  • 11:30am-8:00pm MT.
  • 12pm-8:30pm MT.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. arenaflex is committed to a drug and alcohol-free workplace. To the extent permitted by law and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, employees are subject to periodic random drug testing, and post-accident and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing.
