Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you'll have a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Answering customer calls professionally and responding to inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Focusing on customer retention and providing exceptional service to drive business growth
  • Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards and ensuring that they understand our products and services
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management and reporting on customer concerns
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as needed
  • Completing call notes and call reports in our CRM system and updating them as necessary
  • Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document customer complaints and inquiries
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual a plus (but not required)
  • Some sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Some experience with MS Excel is a plus
  • Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

  • Experience in the energy industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of energy-related products and services
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software
  • Experience with sales and customer service metrics and analytics
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
