Your Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently
  • Researching and providing effective resolutions: Utilize your problem-solving skills to find solutions that meet customer needs
  • Accurately documenting call details: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Job Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

Be 18 years or older

Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent

Have a minimum of 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service

Demonstrate reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days

Possess a typing speed of at least 25 WPM

* Have a hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download *

Maintain a secure, private work area at home

*

Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends
