Job Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in handling customer inquiries and issues
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
• Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Acknowledging and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner
• Obtaining product knowledge to answer customer questions and provide accurate information
• Processing orders, forms, and requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Communicating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer service

Requirements

* Minimum of 3-5 years of professional customer service experience

• Ability to work Friday evenings 5-9pm, Saturdays 10-4pm, and Sundays 10-4pm
• Experience level: 2 years
• Salary: $21 - $24 an hour
