Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our customers by:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assisting customers with product information, account updates, and troubleshooting
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up as needed

  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation
