  • *About the Role:**

Are you a seasoned recruiter that has successfully built enterprise sales orgs? We are looking for a recruitment specialist with a proven track record of sourcing and securing top account executives in the SaaS, data, financial services, and related industries. As the Lead Enterprise Sales Recruiter, you will be the face of Venator to accomplished sales professionals and the busy hiring mangers at our employer clients. You must be able to capture the attention & interest of top talent, qualify & present candidates based on the employer’s criteria, and coordinate interviews, follow up calls, & offers between the leading candidates and employer.

  • *What You’ll Do:**

• *Sourcing & Scheduling** • Create sourcing criteria briefs based on client requirements

  • Source highly relevant candidates with the assistance of junior recruiters
  • Reply in a timely manner to interested candidates, scheduling interviews with qualified individuals
  • Coordinate subsequent interviews between candidates and clients
  • *Interviewing, Matchmaking & Client Development**

• Conduct pre-screens interviews via phone or video call

  • Record interview answers in a standardized format and present qualified candidates to clients
  • Conduct exceptional candidate and client follow-ups
  • Present jobs offers, assisting in negotiation, where necessary, and securing acceptance letters
  • *Team Leadership & Account Management
  • Serve as Team Lead, managing and guiding junior recruiters toward team goals
  • Conduct bi-weekly cadences with client’s hiring managers
  • Oversee candidate pipeline, ensuring proper management so that client’s hiring goals are exceeded
  • Deepen relationships with clients and candidates by providing an exceptional hiring experience
  • *What We’re Looking For:

• You have at least 3 years of successful experience in a sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition role, specializing in enterprise sales. ✅
