Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Supply Chain Systems

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote full-time opportunity. As a key member of our Supply Chain Systems team, you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining our Distribution Center Administration Framework, as well as serving as the primary point of contact between our Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support and maintain the Distribution Center Administration Framework, including collaborating with the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support the DC as needed.

• Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the distribution center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution.
• Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals.
• Support LAN (Local Area Network) design.
• Carry out all future arrivals of software.
• Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and report usage to MIS.
• Regulate nonexempt staff.
• Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security.
• Screen the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and accessible to all end users.
• Manage and monitor end-user access and permissions and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis.
• Develop reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio.

Required Capabilities:

* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc.

• 2+ years of experience in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word.
• Must be local, as this is not a remote job (Note: This job has been modified to be remote at arenaflex).

Preferred Capabilities:

* Project management experience.

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
