Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and professional assistance to customers experiencing technical difficulties related to internet services, including troubleshooting, resolving connectivity and account issues, and offering step-by-step guidance for internet and device-related problems.
  • Responding to chats, support tickets, and emails efficiently, using various tools to assist customers effectively and ensuring high-quality service in a 24/7 call center environment.
  • Utilizing Fresh Desk to log and track customer interactions, manage inquiries within service level agreements (SLAs), and access and update customer accounts using Sonar CRM.
  • Escalating unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as needed and collaborating with network operations and IT teams for complex troubleshooting.
  • Participating in quality assurance activities to improve customer service and contribute to the development of best practices and processes.
  • Working overnight shifts and rotating weekends, adapting to changing schedules, and maintaining a high level of productivity and focus during non-traditional hours.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of internet troubleshooting, networking concepts, and ticketing systems (Fresh Desk, Sonar CRM).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, including Fresh Desk and Sonar CRM, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a 24/7 call center environment, with a focus on overnight shifts and rotating schedules.
  • Familiarity with networking tools and technologies, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Knowledge of internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Experience with quality assurance and quality control processes, including metrics analysis and process improvement.
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP).
