Technical Marketing Analyst

About the position We are seeking a data-driven Technical Marketing Analyst to join our team onsite in Huntsville, Alabama. This role plays a critical part in supporting business growth by developing, analyzing, and maintaining key market and sales data. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Contracts, Marketing Communications, and Segment leadership. This is a hybrid position in Huntsville, Alabama working three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Forecast Analysis including bookings rates and trends
  • Accounts Receivables reporting
  • SharePoint and Teams Sites maintenance as assigned.
  • Marketing brochure maintenance (Interfacing with MARCOMM)
  • Business/Market Intelligence reporting
  • Provide weekly report data by SBU as assigned.
  • Interface with Contracts Administration for the creation and maintenance of contract meta data.
  • Demand management maintenance within the Demand Management application monthly to remove net forecast within item lead time.
  • Provide market demand reporting by market segment.
  • Prepare royalty report quarterly and provide to Finance and Platform.
  • Update the Pricing Tool with part cost data as available.
  • Maintain and post price lists yearly and as updated.
  • Maintain the QAD pricing tables by customer account and item number.
  • Maintain fleet data by Platform
  • SailPoint administration for access to digital site information.
  • Track and communicate performance to planned sales and monthly estimates.
  • Collect and enter BSR data into HFM for each year during the BSR planning period.
  • Track and monitor Transparencies eCommerce activities.

Requirements

  • Only US Citizens, Green card holders, political asylees, or refugees are eligible to apply.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or business intelligence
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, etc.
  • Prior experience leading meetings to colleagues and leadership

Nice-to-haves

  • Aerospace experience preferred
