The Role

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our field offices and customers during our peak season. You'll work remotely from your home office, equipped with the necessary computer and equipment provided by arenaflex. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
  • Assisting customers with remedies to retain business
  • Utilizing gamification tools to measure performance
  • Working a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School/GED
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience within or outside a call center
  • Completion of a Culture Index assessment
  • Verification of internet speed
  • Ability to pass a computer assessment
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screen
  • A suitable workspace in your home, private/semiprivate home-office space free of distractions and background noise
  • A workspace with adequate furnishings (e.g., a desk and chair) and lighting
  • Minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload or higher, high-speed internet connection with the ability to hard wire directly to a modem

Essential Skills

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong computer skills in various software and web-based applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume role
  • Excellent customer service soft skills, such as empathy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the pest control industry or a related field

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with gamification tools and performance measurement
