Join our Team

As our first dedicated Customer Support Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our customer support operations. You'll have the unique opportunity to build a system and processes from the ground up, setting the stage for future team members to excel. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers via live chat, email, or phone, resolving any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner
  • Continuously learning about the features of our app, the Shopify ecosystem, and emerging trends to provide expert guidance and support to our customers
  • Summarizing product feedback from merchants and suggesting innovative ways to improve our products and services
  • Participating in non-CS related tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, creating mockups, or assisting with marketing initiatives, based on your natural abilities and interests

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • A passion for helping others, with a strong desire to solve problems and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficiency in discussing technical concepts at a high level, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
  • Basic knowledge of CSS and JS, with a willingness to expand your skills and knowledge as needed
  • Ability to write technical documentation and articles, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling
  • Willingness to perform non-CS related tasks, embracing the startup mentality and wearing multiple hats as needed
  • Ability to work a minimum of 4 hours overlap with GMT+7 (9am-6pm) to ensure seamless communication with our global customer base

Nice to Have

While not essential, the following qualifications and experiences would be highly valued:

  • Experience working with Shopify, particularly in theme development or customization
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges
  • Proficiency in additional languages, especially French, Spanish, and Italian
  • Any other skills that can benefit a startup, such as marketing, SEO, video editing, or content creation
