Go To Market Strategist Photography SaaS + Luxury Client Experience Software We are building what we believe is the most comprehensive software platform the photography industry has ever seen. What currently requires 4 to 8 disconnected platforms, we have built into one ecosystem designed specifically for modern photographers running high touch, product based businesses. This is not “just another CRM.” Our platform combines:

  • Client onboarding
  • Contracts + invoicing
  • Luxury client experience workflows
  • Team management
  • Advanced automations
  • Complex project and task management
  • Framing + album design infrastructure
  • IPS focused workflows
  • Production tracking
  • Personalized client touchpoints
  • Operational visibility across teams

Built by photographers actively running a seven figure, luxury portrait studio and custom framing company, this software was created from real operational pain points experienced while scaling. We are currently in beta with phased rollout happening over the next 6 months. Initial development is complete and we are now looking for a strategic Go To Market leader to help position, launch, and scale this platform within the photography industry. This Role Is For Someone Who:

  • Understands SaaS launches and category positioning
  • Knows how to create demand before mass release
  • Understands affiliate and referral ecosystems
  • Has experience launching products into niche creative industries
  • Understands founder led marketing
  • Can identify what makes a product category defining, not just competitive
  • Thinks beyond ads and understands partnerships, communities, podcasts, conferences, and educator ecosystems
  • Understands luxury and relationship driven brands
  • Can help us clearly communicate why this platform changes the future of photography businesses

Responsibilities

Positioning + Messaging

  • Develop clear market positioning and category differentiation
  • Help define messaging frameworks and launch narratives
  • Clarify competitive advantages across the photography software landscape
  • Build messaging around luxury experience, operational scale, and all in one infrastructure

Go To Market Strategy

  • Build phased rollout strategy for beta and public launch
  • Create launch calendar across multiple channels
  • Identify strategic launch opportunities within photography communities
  • Develop awareness, waitlist, and conversion campaigns
  • Build demand generation systems prior to public release

Partnerships + Affiliate Growth

  • Build and structure a high converting affiliate program
  • Identify educator and influencer partnerships
  • Create launch and partner activation strategies
  • Develop affiliate assets, campaigns, and commission structures
  • Secure strategic collaborations with photography educators and communities

Community + Industry Presence

  • Develop conference strategy and speaking opportunities
  • Coordinate podcast outreach and founder visibility
  • Help establish the software as an industry movement, not just a tool
  • Build launch momentum through organic industry integration

Launch Infrastructure

  • Develop launch funnels and conversion strategy
  • Help build onboarding and adoption systems
  • Analyze beta user feedback and market response
  • Create scalable systems for growth and retention

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience launching SaaS or tech products
  • Strong understanding of creator or photography industries preferred
  • Experience with affiliate and partnership marketing
  • Strong strategic thinking and positioning skills
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
  • Understands premium/luxury brands and high touch customer experiences
  • Comfortable working in fast moving startup environments
  • Ability to take vision and turn it into executable strategy

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience in photography education or software
  • Have launched a community driven product
  • Understand IPS/product based photography businesses
  • Have relationships within photography conference or educator spaces
  • Have scaled affiliate programs before
