You’ll own core accounting processes across multiple entities, running and improving the close to ensure reporting is accurate, controlled, and consistently audit-ready. A key focus will be strengthening financial discipline as the company scales. This includes building documentation, implementing controls, and helping create the operational backbone required for a public-company environment. You’ll also partner across the business to translate accounting decisions into
- *practical systems, processes, and workflows**
that support a fast-growing organisation.
- *Who this is for**
A hands-on accounting operator with a strong US GAAP foundation and
- *deep practical understanding of revenue recognition (ASC 606)**
. You should be comfortable
- *running reconciliations, journals, and balance sheet processes yourself**
