Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for managing the adjustment and recovery processes for CVS Health. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations related to adjustment and recovery activities. Develop and implement strategies to improve the adjustment and recovery processes and drive efficiency. Monitor and analyze adjustment and recovery data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements. Train and mentor team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to adjustment and recovery. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members. Create and maintain standard operating procedures for the adjustment and recovery processes.
