Scrum Master - Remote
Job Description
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Typically, 10+ years of work experience in related field
- 4+ years' experience as an Agile Scrum Master is preferred
- Experience as an Agile Coach is preferred
- Experience in leading the transition of an organization from Waterfall to Agile is desired
- Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
- Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
- Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
- Experience with successful Agile techniques
- Ability to work with and lead a team
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
- Demonstrable proficiency in Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience working in an environment where Agile was applied at scale
- Experience operating in a variety of Software Development Life Cycles (Waterfall, Iterative and Agile) Experienced facilitator able to apply various techniques to ensure effective meetings both co-located and distributed
