Health Coach - Bilingual Spanish

How You’ll Contribute As a Health Coach, you’ll support patients in our virtual obesity program through ongoing coaching, education, and care coordination. You’ll play a key role in driving engagement, behavior change, and overall patient experience - working closely with providers and the care team. What You’ll Do

• Conduct regular virtual check-ins to track progress and motivate patients
• Support lifestyle, nutrition, and behavior change goals
• Serve as a primary point of contact for patient questions and support
• Coordinate with providers, dietitians, and care team members
• Document patient interactions in the EHR
• Escalate clinical concerns to licensed providers as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year experience in health coaching, patient support, or similar role
• Experience with obesity, chronic care, or behavior change (preferred)
• Health coaching certification preferred
• Telehealth experience required
• Health-related degree is a plus
• Strong communication and motivational interviewing skills
• Comfortable working in a virtual, team-based environment
• Tech-savvy (EHRs, telehealth tools)
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace

Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: ~20 hours/week, with flexibility based on availability and program needs.
• Hourly rate: $20-$28/hour, commensurate with experience.
