- * Once onboarded, you'll work alongside a dedicated Care Advisor team focused on finding you the right matches — based on location, client needs, and your availability. The best professionals on our platform build consistent schedules, stay engaged through the app, and communicate proactively with their Care Advisors.
- * We're currently hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide skilled nursing care across a variety of settings. New graduates are welcome!
WHAT YOU'LL DO Core Responsibilities:
- Provide care within your scope of practice including preparation, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Collect, record, and monitor patient data, routine measurements, and vital signs
- Administer immunizations and therapeutic injections as ordered by providers
- Supervise ancillary personnel and delegate responsibilities as appropriate
- Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
- Document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift
- Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app
- Communicate with your Care Advisor regarding any case updates or changes in patient condition
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required Qualifications:
- Active LVN nursing license/certification
- Active CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 2 months of nursing experience
- Proof of COVID vaccination including first booster
- Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
- Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
- Reliable transportation to and from agreed upon shifts
- Must pass a background check
- * Program-Specific Requirements (May Apply):
- Medical clearance such as TB test or physical exam
- Additional documentation may be required based on state law or client contract
- Some training requirements may be needed prior to accepting shifts
