Travel Nurse Practitioner - In-Home Regenerative Medicine (Multi-State)
BioHealth Wellness is a physician-led, research-driven healthcare organization delivering concierge, in-home medical care focused on regenerative and wellness-based therapies. Our care model prioritizes patient safety, clinical oversight, and ethical practice, free from insurance pressure or volume-driven medicine. We're seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to deliver regenerative medicine treatments directly to patients in their homes across multiple states. This is a hands-on procedural role where you'll perform ultrasound-guided musculoskeletal injections in a concierge setting. Key Responsibilities: Perform ultrasound-guided injections for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions including joint pain, tendon injuries, and soft tissue damage using stem cell and related regenerative therapies. Collaborate with medical directors on treatment protocols and patient outcomes. Provide follow-up care and coordinate with our telehealth team for ongoing patient support. What we're looking for: Current NP licensure in multiple states. Proven hands-on experience performing ultrasound-guided procedures and musculoskeletal injections. Strong clinical background in orthopedic or sports medicine. Proficiency with ultrasound imaging for procedural guidance. Comfort operating independently in home and clinical environments. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Professional demeanor suited to high-touch patient care.
