Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Customer Service Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing administrative support, including handling incoming faxes, reporting, maintaining databases, and managing inventory supplies and marketing materials
• Assisting customers with basic inquiries and needs, such as processing payments, taking messages, and directing calls
• Logging service inquiries and documenting relevant information
• Scheduling sales and service appointments for retail team members
• Conducting initial research on service inquiries and forwarding for appropriate handling
• Making deliveries to postal services
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum one (1) year customer service experience dealing with customers via telephone and in-person
• Experience performing supportive functions in a customer-oriented environment
• Proficient in general computer operations with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
