Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  • Managing Incoming Communications: Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with professionalism and poise.
  • Staying Informed and Up-to-Date: Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, staying current on product information and industry trends.
  • Meeting and Exceeding Targets: Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering high-quality service and results.
  • Recording and Organizing Customer Interactions: Accurately record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Upselling and Scheduling: Identify opportunities to upsell and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and drive growth.
  • Multitasking and Time Management: Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous Experience in Customer Support: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms, with a focus on active listening and clear, concise responses.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and customer service platforms.
  • Multitasking and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
