Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your general duties will include:

  • Identifying and greeting our clients with a warm and welcoming tone
  • Gathering all required information for billing with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Assisting with 3rd party connections if needed, ensuring seamless communication
  • Securing and connecting the interpreter to our client's conference with efficiency and professionalism
  • Providing exceptional customer service without the pressure of sales or upselling

Remote Details

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy:

  • Paid training for 8 hours a day for two weeks to ensure your success
  • The flexibility to work from anywhere, with a stable internet connection
  • A 90-day probationary period to ensure a smooth transition and adjustment to our team

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate of $14.00

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum one year of customer service experience with a previous employer and stable work history
  • 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED
  • Ability to answer a high volume of inbound customer service calls with great attention to detail in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Ability to provide proof of internet connection speed at a minimum of 60 mbps download and 10 mbps upload

Desired Qualifications

While not required, we welcome candidates with:

  • College education or relevant certifications
  • 1+ years of call center experience, with a proven track record of success

Available Shifts

We offer a range of shifts to accommodate your schedule and preferences:

  • 10:00 am - 6:30 pm CST M-F
  • 10:00 am - 6:30 pm CST Fri-Tues

Additional Information

* All applicants will be submitted to a criminal background check prior to hire

  • If hired, you'll need to complete the US Immigrations Customs and Enforcement I-9 document via remote process
  • Full-time employees qualify for paid benefits after 30 days of employment
