Experienced Customer Success Specialist – Restaurant Management Ecosystem and Payment Tech

Our innovative products have enabled us to serve customers and partners in over 35 countries worldwide. We're now seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Egypt. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience with our products. You'll work closely with our onboarding team, tech-driven F&B outlets, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure smooth onboarding of clients, guaranteeing a successful go-live experience with arenaflex

  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and training needs of clients, working closely with our professional services team
  • Educate clients on company activities, initiatives, and best practices to maximize the utilization of our products and services
  • Act as a client advocate and consultant, providing expert guidance and support throughout the customer journey
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of quarterly activities, driving system usage and dependency, and securing renewals and increasing customer lifetime value
  • Escalate critical issues to direct management and relevant units, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing churn
  • Assist the finance department with renewals, outstanding balances, and other tasks as required
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer details and contacts data in our CRM system
  • Identify potential churn cases and report them to management, recommending remedies to prevent and eliminate churn
  • Participate in customer success initiatives, such as exhibitions, client meetings, and special projects
  • Communicate business requirements and functional needs to our success management team, ensuring alignment with IT and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex product updates and features, providing expert guidance to clients on new releases and enhancements
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, promoting arenaflex apps, services, and 3rd-party integrations to increase customer lifetime value

Essential Qualifications:

* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or Computer Science

  • Excellent communication skills, with English as a must
  • Prior experience in dealing with customers, preferably in the F&B industry
  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a desire to work in a dynamic, innovative, and demanding environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge of Cloud POS/ERP systems

  • Experience working with customers in the F&B industry
