Job Summary

As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. You will work closely with our team to develop and maintain a knowledge base of our ever-evolving products and services, and summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review.

Responsibilities

* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns

  • Provide detailed information about products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless communication with customers
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and updates
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
  • Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary

  • Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
  • Strong basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
  • Gaming experience is preferred, but not required

Requirements

* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST

  • Must be able to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
  • Gaming experience is preferred
