A Day in the Life of a Customer Care Advocate

As a Customer Care Advocate at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone and email interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer calls and resolving issues related to billing, technical support, and service inquiries
  • Identifying opportunities to strengthen customer relationships through the sale of additional products and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of arenaflex products and services

What You Bring to the Table

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. We're looking for individuals who:

  • Have a minimum of 1 year of prior customer care experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Possess either sales and/or technical experience in a service environment
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in computer skills and verbal and written communication
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment and can adapt to changing circumstances
  • Are flexible and able to work a variety of hours and days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Work-from-Home Requirements

As a remote Customer Care Advocate, you will be required to meet the following work-from-home requirements:

  • Have a dedicated, private room in your home that is quiet during work hours
  • Have an internet connection of 50 MB or more, which is hard-wired (Ethernet connected) from the modem to your company PC
  • Be able to work from the office in San Marcos if disruptions result in a poor internet connection or in-home disruption
  • Be required to sign a written form to acknowledge these work-from-home requirements
  • Have a personal cell phone to install a security application
  • Be present in virtual work environment via company-provided webcam during all working hours
  • Meet minimum performance achievement levels as defined by customer care leadership
