Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing world-class support to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving customer concerns by providing accurate and clear information, offering solutions, and addressing inquiries with empathy

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience (remote experience a plus)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
