Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately inputting data into our systems utilizing a constant flow of images
• Classifying document types based on provided documentation to ensure precise data handling
• Reviewing and validating data to uphold quality standards
• Adhering to strict confidentiality protocols and complying with HIPAA regulations concerning Personal Health Information (PHI)
• Collaborating professionally with colleagues as necessary
• Proposing enhancements for workflow efficiency
• Completing daily assignments prior to concluding your workday
• Undertaking additional administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

• A minimum keystroke rate of 4,500 keystrokes per hour (KPH) with a 95% accuracy standard
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States

Compensation and Benefits

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy:

• A competitive hourly rate of $12
• Flexible work hours available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
• Full-time candidates are preferred, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week
