As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records, which are a critical component of our enrollment package records.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Resolving discrepancies between our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records and our enrollment package records
  • Collaborating with various internal and external teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Monitoring and reconciling eligibility records across multiple systems
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication skills to resolve issues and concerns
  • Working with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems and improve efficiency
  • Discovering and resolving errors from various reports and systems

Required Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Experience in data analysis and studies
  • Healthcare industry experience (desirable)
  • Working expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
  • Excellent verbal, trouble-solving, and written communication skills
  • 1-2 years of associated experience (desirable)

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, having healthcare industry experience will be beneficial in this role.

Education:

A High School Diploma is required for this position.
