Key Responsibilities & Duties

As a Remote Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support via email, chat, and phone. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Outstanding Customer Support: Respond promptly to inquiries across email, chat, and phone with a caring, professional tone.
  • Manage Transportation, Accommodations, Insurance, and Other Travel Services: Manage transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services based on client needs.
  • Promote Travel Packages: Use promotional materials and strategies to market tours, itineraries, and deals.
  • Highlight Special Offers and Discounts: Highlight special offers and discounts to boost customer value.
  • Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Identify, address, and solve customer problems – escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Provide Accurate, Complete Information: Provide accurate, complete information using the right methods and tools.
  • Maintain Customer Records: Document interactions, update accounts, and file relevant documents.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Remote Customer Experience Agent, you'll need to have:
