Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You'll assist customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering queries, while providing support for customer complaints and finding resolutions to issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the following responsibilities:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and customer needs
