About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and energetic Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, growing our agency through value-based conversations, and building long-term relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily Grow Our Agency: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions

Requirements:
* Insurance Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Multi-Tasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
- Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License: Must have a valid license
