Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us drive business growth through social media support and data analysis. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for creating and analyzing engaging content, managing our online presence, and providing exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities

* Content Creation & Analysis: Develop and implement social media content strategies to engage our online audience, increase brand awareness, and drive website traffic.

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to inform marketing decisions, measure campaign effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support through social media channels, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to relevant teams.
  • Report Development: Create and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports to support marketing efforts, including sales support, product management, and asset management.
  • Information Gathering: Research and gather information from various sources to answer impromptu demands, develop reports, and support marketing initiatives.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update data in standard reports for convenient dissemination to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with teams to break down and interpret data, develop marketing strategies, and implement campaigns.
  • Communication: Present report findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.

  • Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in marketing, customer support, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Certifications: Certified Marketing Professional (CMP) or Certified Customer Support Professional (CCSP) certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's Degree: A master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

  • Experience with arenaflex: A minimum of three (3) years of experience working with arenaflex or a related company is preferred.
  • Social Media Experience: Experience managing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing social media metrics.
  • Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.

* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Analytical: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform marketing decisions.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and requirements.
