The Role

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to educate and answer questions regarding warranty claims, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues efficiently. You'll work closely with our team to:

  • Respond to inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on warranty policies, procedures, and products
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to deliver exceptional service

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a customer service rockstar who shares our passion for delivering world-class experiences. If you have:

  • A high school diploma; Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role with conflict resolution
  • Experience in the automotive industry, particularly in vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, is a huge plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Emotional intelligence, with the ability to navigate customer interactions and manage conflict effectively
  • A positive attitude, with a focus on finding solutions rather than placing blame
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
