Join Our Team as a Remote Online Customer Service Representative We're seeking a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our VUE (arenaflex Underwriting Experience) Team as a remote Online Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, your primary role will be to provide world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls, troubleshooting, and policy inquiries. This is not a call center job! You'll be working with a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional service and helping our customers succeed.
