Experienced Licensed Account Representative – Customer Service & Contact Center

As a Licensed Account Representative, you'll play a vital role in continuing to build upon our long-standing reputation for excellence.
The Opportunity
As a Licensed Account Representative, you'll receive top-quality paid training to prepare you for this position in personal lines insurance. You'll work with our team to deliver a high-quality customer experience, consulting and counseling customers on our products via inbound calls. You'll provide coverage options best suited to accommodate individual needs and administer transactions when necessary. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a high-quality customer experience while consulting and counseling customers on arenaflex's products via inbound calls
- Providing coverage options best suited to accommodate individual needs and administering transactions when necessary
- Demonstrating effective time management to achieve performance goals/targets
- Providing procedurally accurate, effective, and independent response to all new and existing business inquiries related to personal lines insurance
Available Shifts
We offer a hybrid work schedule, with Monday-Friday shifts from 9:45AM-6PM and every Saturday from 8:30AM-4:45PM. You'll have one weekday and Sundays off, and you'll receive a 5% shift differential.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer and navigation skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Accurate keyboarding skills
- Superior listening skills
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Prior customer service or contact center experience
- A quiet, distraction-free work area at home
- A High School Diploma or GED is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is desired
- Bilingual skills are valued, but not required
- Personal Lines Authority License is a plus

Compensation & Perks
As a Licensed Account Representative, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, with the potential to earn more if you're licensed with experience. Your salary will be commensurate with your experience and credentials. You'll also receive a potential annual bonus incentive worth up to 7.5% of your first year's base salary.
