Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote customer support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless experience for our members. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Marketing, and Product, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, including new features and releases
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the entertainment or technology industries

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Experience with customer support software, such as Freshdesk or Help Scout
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Knowledge of customer support software and tools
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
