Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our innovative team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our team to discuss new product launches, process orders, and follow up on unresolved issues. Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information about products and services

  • Help customers with complaints and questions, taking orders, and processing returns in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate with customers through various channels, including email, phone, and chat, to ensure their needs are met
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Update data, such as inventory, dates, tracking, and new product information, in our database to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform website maintenance tasks to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers
  • Collaborate with the team to discuss new product launches, process orders, and follow up on unresolved issues
  • Stay up-to-date with competitors to ensure arenaflex remains competitive in the market

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent preferred

  • Shopify background preferred, but not required
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  • Friendly, outgoing personality, able to work with a team, clients, or individually
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft Excel) and Google Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
