Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll provide assistance for general and technical information, interact and communicate with physicians, patients, and hospital staff, and provide clerical and telephone support. You'll be responsible for entering computer data, registration of medical information, triaging of clinical specimens, and reviewing requisition forms. You'll also identify and assess problems that arise, investigate and resolve inquiries, and refer complaints to your supervisor or manager as needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, and hospital staff

  • Assist with general and technical information, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Enter computer data, register medical information, and triage clinical specimens
  • Review requisition forms and identify potential issues
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
