Your Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound Calls: You'll handle inbound calls from medical professionals, using medical terminology, to request and verify benefits.
  • Customer Inquiries: You'll carefully respond to all customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service through active listening.
  • Confidential Customer Information: You'll work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively.
  • Issue Resolution: You'll aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and communicating effectively with customers.
  • Documentation: You'll accurately document and maintain all interactions, verifying each caller according to our verification standards.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Some of the key qualifications we're looking for include:

  • 6 Months Customer Service Experience: You'll have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience in a medical-related field.
  • Age: You'll be at least 18 years old.
  • Typing Speed: You'll be able to type 25 wpm.
  • Education: You'll have a High School Graduate or GED.
  • Computer Skills: You'll be proficient with desktop computer systems and have the ability to self-troubleshoot.
  • Communication Skills: You'll have proven oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task between talking and typing.
  • Customer Service Skills: You'll have strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle high-stress situations and difficult customers/members.
  • Availability: You'll be available to work various shifts.
