As an Experienced Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our stores, while also providing an exceptional customer experience. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to preventing loss and dishonesty, while also promoting a positive and inclusive shopping environment. Key Responsibilities:

* Act as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty in the store

  • Wear a body-worn camera to ensure the safety and security of our customers and employees
  • Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide to respond effectively in critical situations
  • Maintain a professional and proper stance in the designated area at the front of the store
  • Greet customers with courtesy and respect, and respond to their requests for assistance
  • Establish and maintain a position at the front of the store or in a department to monitor customer activity
  • Observe and report any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to Loss Prevention or store management
  • Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management to ensure the store is secure
  • Adhere to all arenaflex policies and procedures, and document required incidents in AIIM Case Management
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Who We're Looking For:

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Sound decision-making skills, with the ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, with a strong focus on customer service and security
  • 0-2 years of retail or security experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
