Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and engaging businesses in need of corporate solutions, leveraging your expertise in business needs and consultative skills to build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and company executives.
  • Staying informed about changes in business regulations and market trends, ensuring that you're always up-to-date on the latest developments and can provide expert advice to your clients.
  • Engaging with clients through digital platforms, including chat, email, and video calls, using technology to assess client needs and suggest customized solutions.
  • Educating clients on available tools and self-service resources, ensuring that they have the knowledge and support they need to succeed.
  • Managing digital applications and ensuring seamless client onboarding, collaborating with internal teams to enhance the online client experience.
  • Utilizing your sales and negotiation skills to identify opportunities for growth and success, both for your clients and for arenaflex.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field (a plus).
  • Experience with digital platforms and customer engagement tools (a plus).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to new technology and industry trends.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction, as well as strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to assess and communicate complex solutions effectively, with knowledge of commercial financial products and regulatory requirements.

Compensation and Benefits
