Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to our clients, including:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts
  • Providing timely and professional responses to all written communication
  • Utilizing our CRM system to resolve technical inquiries and follow up with customers
  • Updating records with current demographic and contact information and accurately notating all interactions
  • Comprehending training material on various topics and sharing new concepts and content
  • Adhering to federal and state laws governing the industry, client Statement of Work standards, and company guidelines and policies
  • Attaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

Requirements

To be a successful Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

  • High school or equivalent (required)
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Ability to establish and maintain rapport through effective communication and timely follow-up with customers
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to establish priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Self-motivation and internal drive
  • Ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues

Training and Development

As a new hire, you will participate in a comprehensive training program, which will cover:

  • arenaflex's products and services
  • Customer service best practices
  • Technical skills and software training
  • Company policies and procedures

Work Environment

As a 100% remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. You will need to have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

Schedule

Multiple shifts are available, including day and evening shifts. You will be required to work weekends as needed.
