Job Summary

We're seeking a friendly and reliable Live Chat Assistant to join our team. As a Live Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites, providing customer support, and enabling sales through our platform. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites, providing customer support and resolving simple problems

  • Assist customers in finding the information they need and processing their orders successfully
  • Provide sales links and offer discounts to customers as needed
  • Work on the Squarespace platform and other social media channels to engage with customers and promote our clients' products
  • Follow instructions and work independently to meet performance metrics and deadlines
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device that can access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) preferred
