Our In-Store (Customer Experience) team is a dynamic and fast-paced group that's building a startup within a big company. We take risks, move quickly, and roll up our sleeves to make things happen. As a key member of this team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of customer experience and drive business growth.

About the Role

As an Associate Manager, In-Store (Customer Experience), you'll own critical pieces of the customer go-to-market strategy, reporting directly to our Director of In-Store. You'll work on urgent projects as the team prepares to scale our product nationwide, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement and loyalty. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and executing customer experience strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborating with product, marketing, and sales teams to scale our product nationwide
  • Designing and executing experiments to learn about new products and features
  • Analyzing customer data to inform business decisions and optimize customer experiences
  • Influencing product development and feature prioritization to meet customer needs
  • Developing and managing budgets to achieve business objectives

You'll be a great fit for this role if:

* You have 4+ years of experience in management consulting, tech, design, investment banking, corporate strategy, business development, or related fields, with a strong preference for high-growth or early-stage startup experience

  • You have an established track record of achieving tangible outcomes and moving needles
  • You have experience leading projects, working in a team, and motivating people at all levels across a variety of job responsibilities
  • You can translate high-level goals into applicable plans and action items
  • You have excellent Excel skills (can perform complex functions); SQL knowledge is a bonus

What we offer:

* A competitive base salary ranging from $98,600 to $145,000 USD, depending on location
