Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a work-from-home opportunity. As a key member of our Customer Care division, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our plan members, answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. You'll have the opportunity to learn more about healthcare, expand your skills and knowledge, and open doors to additional opportunities within arenaflex.

Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding pharmacy benefit plans, prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions

  • Provide personalized support and solutions to help customers better understand their coverage and options
  • Utilize your skills and knowledge to simplify customers' healthcare experiences and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to ensure seamless communication and high-quality customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer's quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Experience working in a healthcare or related industry

Compensation and Benefits

* The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $27.90 per hour
