Lead Go Developer
You will lead the technical direction and implementation of cloud-native applications.
Responsibilities
- Participate in design and architecture discussions to evaluate implementation tradeoffs.
- Write high-quality, efficient, and testable code while defining team standards for development and system design.
- Conduct thorough code and design reviews.
- Partner with product managers and the engineering team to deliver products iteratively.
- Operate, maintain, and deploy production applications.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust.
- 3+ years of experience working in a public cloud environment delivering complex application deployments.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including security services and best practices.
- Experience with Kubernetes (AWS EKS) and container infrastructure.
- Experience with RDBMS, Time series Databases, and Pub/Sub systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with cloud-native observability and management tools.
- Familiarity or experience with eBPF.
