Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding service to existing and prospective clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Distributing benefit enrollment materials and determining eligibility for clients
  • Handling incoming customer service calls, responding to client requests, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Dispatching incoming customer phone calls and accepting customer calls and returns
  • Creating and explaining individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system
  • Working closely with management teams to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and exceptional client experiences

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and other software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Certification in a related field, such as life insurance or financial planning
  • Experience with CRM systems and other software applications
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and developments
