Job Summary

We are excited to announce openings for Live Chat Agent positions with arenaflex! This is a remote job opportunity that allows you to work from anywhere, with flexible working hours under 4 hours each shift. As a Live Chat Agent, you will interact with travelers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance with bookings, changes, and cancellations. Our goal is to ensure that every customer has a seamless and positive experience with arenaflex, regardless of their travel needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Interact with customers through live chat, providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries

  • Resolve customer issues related to bookings, cancellations, and general travel queries
