arenaflex is a leading provider of fast, reliable, and professional services to international clients. Our primary focus is on US company (LLC) and taxation (ITIN) registration services, catering to customers from North Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. We pride ourselves on our market-leading 'Express Service,' which ensures a US LLC and EIN are ready within 72 hours. Our team works closely with an IRS certified Acceptance Agent to apply for ITIN Numbers, and our services are sold via the freelancing marketplace Fiverr.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Live Chat Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to all incoming queries from potential customers in a timely fashion, with detailed and convincing responses that give confidence to the buyer and develop trust.
  • Converting incoming queries from potential customers to new orders.
  • Responding to all incoming queries from active customers while their order is being processed.
  • Responding to all incoming queries from old customers.
  • Logging the number of leads and sales at the end of each shift.
  • Utilizing an AI tool to help answer questions in a convincing way. If you or the AI tool do not know the answer, please record the question and we will build a response for the tool moving forward.

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or remote support role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including live chat software and AI tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a similar industry or with a similar client base.

  • Knowledge of US company (LLC) and taxation (ITIN) registration services.
  • Familiarity with Fiverr and other freelancing marketplaces.
  • Experience with AI tools and chatbots.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
